How We Work

We accept customer files in a large variety of formats, including the most popular software programs. Frequently projects will be created from several different types of files, for example, the text is in a word processing program, the figures are in a graphics program, and there's a spreadsheet or two thrown in as well.

We first gather all information needed to convert the document to publisher's guidelines. Next we ensure that all files and other materials are the correct versions by communicating with the customer. Any faults or potential obstacles are addressed at this time. We begin document production and we keep the customer up-to-date on the status of the project and receive last-minute revisions during this time. Once production has been accomplished, our files undergo extensive quality control procedures. Upon completion, the customer is notified and the finished materials are delivered, along with any original materials we received.
